Compound is securely fenced and large enough to accommodate up to 10 vehicles. Day Guards: 12 hours shift. Night Guards: 12 hours shift

Niceties:
Satellite TV, over head fans with fully air conditioned bedrooms and living room areas, adequate bed linens, towels, iron & ironing board, microwave, washing machine, clothes drier, fridge/freezer, gas cooker/oven, toaster, electric kettle and wireless internet facility.

Bedrooms:
There are 4 en suite bedrooms; meaning, a master bedroom complete with its own toilet/shower, plus three eadditional bedrooms complete with their own toilet/shower.

Power Supply:
Electricity from National Power Authority is available. However, 2 brand new 45 and 65 KVA generators are provided in a secured generator house. Tenants buy the fuel.
