The complex has 3 buildings.
Building A:
This building has 2 different wings. On the ground level of wing 1, there are 3 offices. On the top level, there is 1 office adjacent to a conference room and a toilet. On the ground level of wing 2, there is a reception area and a store. It has an open plan area and 2 adjacent offices with a connecting door. There is also 1 large office with a connecting sub office and storage and a make shift mail room. On the top level of wing 2, there are 2 waiting rooms, an office with a balcony, 2 large offices with a toilet and a room that could be used as another conference room. The balcony enjoys a panoramic view of Freetown Central Business District, across the estuary to the Lungi Airport. Building A has ample parking space to accommodate up to 15 SUVs/Jeeps.

Building B:
On the ground level of building B, there is an open plan adjacent to 1 office with a toilet, 2 rooms with secretary’s office and connecting doors, 1 regular room, 4 toilets and a basement office with toilet and shower. There is a 20 feet fuel container and a house designated for installation of generator(s)

Building C:

Security:
The complex has passed the UN Security inspection that mandates that the perimeter fence must be at least 10 foot high, topped with razor wire all the way round and has a solid steel gate. All external doors are metal and secured.

Niceties:
The flooring in all the buildings are of high quality ceramic tiles. All rooms and open plan areas have individually controlled air condition/split systems with remote control.

Compound:
The compound is very spacious with an area that could be used for Cafeteria or canteen with a kitchenette and toilet.

Power Supply:
Electricity from Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) is available.

Water Supply:
Water supply from Guma Valley Water Company and 5 massive back up water tanks
