Security:
The entire compound is gated and fenced with concertina (razor) wire around the premise. The gates to enter the complex are made of solid metal. The first entrance to the apartment block is protected by steel door. Entrance to the apartment is protected by a strong metal door. There is a care taker and free 24 company security.

Bedrooms:
There are a total of 3 bedrooms including a master and 2 regular bedrooms, all with en suite.

Furnishings:
The entire house is completely furnished with classy contemporary furniture, including double and queen-sized beds. Bed linens and pillows are provided for each bedroom along with towels and shower curtains for bathrooms. The living room has a three piece set including a sofa, TV stand with 38” Flat Screen TV. The dining room has a large dining table with six chairs but can seat up to 10. All bedrooms, living room and dining room come furnished with window curtains.

Niceties:
The flooring in the entire house is of high quality ceramic tiles. All bedrooms and living room area have individually controlled air condition/split systems with remote control. The kitchen has top and bottom cabinets (lots of storage space) and granite worktop/countertop.

Water Supply:
Water supply from Guma Valley Water Company is available including massive back up water tanks.

Power Supply:
Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) is available and a very big generating plant for the entire complex.
