Security: The entire compound is fenced with coupling (razor) wire around the premise. The gates to enter the property are made of solid metal. A guard post is available to ensure only those who are welcome can enter the compound. The entrance to the house is protected by a steel door with deadbolt locks.
Bedrooms: There are a total of 5 bedrooms including 3 master bedrooms with en suite in the house. The master bedroom on the top floor has a Jacuzzi. All bathrooms have individually controlled water heaters.
Niceties: The flooring in the entire house is of high quality ceramic tiles. All bedrooms and living room area have individually controlled air condition/split systems with remote control. There are 2 kitchens that boast of stainless steel appliances – refrigerator and gas cooker. The kitchens also have top and bottom cabinets (lots of storage space) and granite worktop/countertop. Both dining rooms have average sized dining tables with six chairs. All bedrooms, living rooms and dining rooms come furnished with window curtains.
Compound: There is a boys’ quarters with toilet and bath. The compound is nicely paved with a section designated for installation of generator.

Water Supply: Water supply from Guma Valley Water Company is available including massive back up water tank.
