The entire compound is fenced with concertina (razor) wire around the premises. The gates to enter the property are made of solid metal. A guard post is available to ensure only those who are welcome can enter the compound. Entrance to the property is protected by a strong metal door.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom, each with an en suite. All bathrooms have individually controlled water heaters.

The flooring in the entire house is of high quality ceramic tiles. A 5000 litre water tank is installed as back up.

Compound:
