Security: The entire compound is fenced with concertina (razor) wire around the premises. The gates to enter the property are made of solid metal. A guard post is available to ensure only those who are welcome can enter the compound.

Compound: There is a self-contained guest house with living room/bar, 2 regular rooms with en-suite and a kitchenette. It has a boy’s quarters with 2 rooms, living room, toilet and outside the kitchen. The compound is nicely paved and has an area designated for installation of a generator. It also has a barbeque hut and a gymnasium with shower and outside toilets.Power Supply: Electricity from Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) is available.
Water Supply: Water supply from Guma Valley Water Company is available including a hand pump well and a couple of back up storage tanks. These include a total capacity of 11,000 litres and 14,000-litre reserve tank with a submassive machine.
