The entire compound is fenced with concertina (razor) wire around the premises. The gates to enter the property are made of solid metal. The main entrance to the house is protected by an outer steel door and inner panel door, both with deadbolt locks. A guard post is available to ensure only those who are welcome can enter the compound.

There are a total of 7 bedrooms in the house including 2 master bedrooms and 5 regular bedrooms.

Niceties:
The flooring in the entire house is of high quality ceramic tiles. The master bedroom and 2 regular rooms have an individually controlled air condition/split systems with remote control. The kitchen has top and bottom cabinets. A 5000 litre back up water tank is installed.

Compound:
The compound is spacious and could accommodate up to 5 SUVs. It is paved and have 2 special sections designated for generator installation. There is a boys’ quarters with 2 bedrooms and toilet/shower.
