The entire compound is gated and fenced with concertina (razor) wire around the premises. The gates to enter the complex are made of solid metal. The entrance to the apartment is protected by a steel door. There are a caretaker and free 24 company security.

Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) is available and a very big generating plant for the entire complex. The cost of fuel for the generator is to be borne by the tenant at a rate of $1.50 per hour.

Water Supply:
Water supply from Guma Valley Water Company is available including massive back up water tanks to ensure constant water supply.
