Security:
The entire compound is fenced with coupling (razor) wire around the premise. The gates to enter the property are made of solid metal. A guard post is available to ensure only those who are welcome can enter the compound. The entrance to the house is protected by a steel door with deadbolt locks.

Bedrooms:
There are a total of 5 bedrooms including 3 master bedrooms with en suite in the house. The master bedroom on the top floor has a Jacuzzi. All bathrooms have individually controlled water heaters.

Niceties:
The flooring in the entire house is of high quality ceramic tiles. All bedrooms and living room area have individually controlled air condition/split systems with remote control. There are 2 kitchens that boast of stainless steel appliances – refrigerator and gas cooker. The kitchens also have top and bottom cabinets (lots of storage space) and granite worktop/countertop. A 3000 litre water tank is installed. There is a gallery on the top floor with beautiful sea/beach views.

The entire house is completely furnished with classy, contemporary furniture, including queen-sized beds, in each bedroom, and sliding glass shower stalls in each bathroom. The living rooms have a three piece set including a sofa, loveseat and one TV stand with a 42 inch Flat Screen TV. There is a Bar on the ground floor. Both dining rooms have average sized dining tables with six chairs. All bedrooms, living rooms and dining rooms come furnished with window curtains.

Compound:
There is a boys’ quarters with toilet and bath. The compound is nicely paved with a section designated for installation of generator.

Electricity from National Power Authority is available.

Water Supply:
Water supply from Guma Valley Water Company is available including massive back up water tank.
