The entire house is completely furnished with classy contemporary furniture, including queen-sized beds, in each bedroom and shower stalls in each bathroom. The living room has a three piece set including a center table and a 42 inch Flat Screen TV. The dining room has a large dining table with six chairs. All bedrooms and living room come furnished with window curtains.

Compound:
There is a 2 bedroom boys’ quarters with toilet and shower. The compound is nicely paved with barbeque hut and a section designated for relaxation and hosting of parties. It also has a very clean well maintained swimming pool with pool side deck chairs. There is ample parking space to accommodate up to 15 SUVs/Jeeps.

Power Supply:
Electricity from Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) is available. However, a 20 KVA generator is provided as a courtesy for the use by the tenant.
